Delivery

Manimekala is based in London, UK and we ship worldwide.

In stock products are dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order products are dispatched as soon as they are ready - please see individual product pages for details on making time. Please note that the shipping/delivery time is in additional to the making time.

If your order contains both stock and made-to-order products, we will dispatch all items at the same time (i.e. hold the stock products until the made-to-order ones are ready). If you would prefer to recieve the stock products earlier, please place 2 separate orders.

If you mark your order as a gift at checkout, we will not include a receipt in the parcel.

UK (2-3 working days) - £5 / FREE over £300

Europe (3-7 working days) - £15 / FREE over £300

International (5-10 working days) - £20 / FREE over £300

In-person collection from London studio or pop up shop - FREE

Please note that international orders may take additional time due to customs processing. You are responsible for any duties or taxes due in your country. Your order may be delayed, held at customs or returned to us if you do not pay these charges on time to the relevant authority.


Returns

We hope you love your new Manimekala pieces. However, if you’re not happy with them, we accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery of your order.

How to return

  • Email us with your order number and item(s) you want to return.

  • Pack your return securely in the original packaging, with the tag(s) intact and the order invoice enclosed.

  • All costs associated with returning an item to us are your responsibility, including any applicable duties or taxes. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we will not be able to refund you if the shipment is lost, damaged or stolen.

  • If returning internationally, make sure to clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS OF UK ORIGIN” on all customs forms. The parcel may be delayed, held at customs or sent back to you if incorrectly declared.

  • Returns will be inspected and will only be accepted for items that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and with all tags still attached. Items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

  • Upon acceptance of your return, you will be notified by email and your original method of payment will be refunded. It may take a few days for your bank to process the payment.

We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • face masks

  • pierced jewellery

  • customised products

  • sample sale products

  • made-to-order products (where specified)

To cancel a gift card, please email us within 14 days of purchase. Unused gift cards will be refunded to the buyer (not the recipient). Partially or fully used gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
