Made-to-order

Many of our pieces are made to order - this helps us to avoid waste by only creating what you want. The current making time for each made-to-order style is listed on the product page. Please note that the making time is in addition to the shipping/delivery time. If you need your order by a certain date, please us know and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

We hold limited edition stock of some styles - any styles that are not listed as “made-to-order” are available in stock for immediate dispatch.

Gift cards

Buying gift cards

Our gift cards are digital and are sent via email to the buyer, or directly to the recipient. Gift cards include a personal message and the email will be sent immediately after checkout. To give a gift card at a later date, we suggest sending it to yourself, then forwarding the email to them later or printing out a paper copy to give in person.

Each gift card must be purchased separately and cannot be combined in an order with other products. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card. If you would like to purchase a gift card for an amount that is not listed, please contact us.

Unused gift cards can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase and will be refunded to the buyer (not the recipient). Partially or fully used gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. To cancel a gift card, please contact us.

Using gift cards

Gift cards have no expiry date and are redeemable on any orders placed on our website (manimekala.com) by entering the code at checkout. They cannot be used when purchasing Manimekala via stockists or at in-person events.

At checkout, the full value of the gift card is subtracted from the order total, including taxes and shipping. If the order total is below the value of the gift card, the remaining amount will stay on your gift card and will be redeemable on future orders. If the order total is above the value of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance via another payment method.

Multiple gift cards can be used per order. Orders paid for via gift card can be returned like any other order, subject to our returns policy. A refund will add the refunded amount back to your gift card's balance.

Payment

We accept payment via the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay (on supported devices)

  • Clearpay (UK customers only)

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay allows you to shop for the things you love by splitting the cost to pay over time.

Split your purchase across 4 payments, due every two weeks. No interest and no additional fees, when you pay on time. Your order will be shipped after the initial payment, so no need to wait!

For example, if you buy a £200 item, you will pay £50 at checkout, then 3 more payments of £50 every two weeks. If you choose to return part or all of your order, your future payments will be updated to reflect this and/or you will receive a refund for the amount you have already paid.

Discounts

Any discounts offered by Manimekala are applicable only to purchases made on this website and are valid only for the duration, products and/or shipping locations stated. Discounts are offered in good faith at our discretion and may withdrawn at any time without notice.

We share the names, photos and stories of many of our makers with their permission. However, we respect the privacy of those who prefer not to share publicly.


Shopping in person

We know it can be difficult to shop online, especially as clothing is such a personal and tactile experience. We participate in regular pop up shops and events throughout the year. Events are announced through our newsletter (subscribe here) and our Latest News page.

Stockists

Manimekala is sold through stockists worldwide so product availability, pricing and delivery/return policies may vary. We will always have our latest collections available here on our own website. If you are looking for a specific piece, please get in touch and we will help.
